Ingredients
- 1 package Georges Farmers Market Chicken Tenderloin, cut into 2” pieces
- 2 tablespoons neutral-flavored oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning Mix
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt
For the Ranch Garlic Parmesan Butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 8 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning Mix
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce, optional
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken chunks with oil, dry ranch seasoning mix, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with Kosher salt and toss to evenly coat.
- Add the chicken onto the skewers*, making sure to tightly pack them so there’s no space in between.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook, in batches if needed, for 5 minutes. Baste generously with the butter mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Flip, baste generously with more butter, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Flip and baste one more time, cooking for 2 additional minutes. Remove and repeat with remaining skewers, if needed.
- Microwave the butter and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl until butter is halfway melted. Add in remaining ingredients and season with Kosher salt. Stir until well combined.
*You should have approximately 6 skewers, each sized to make sure they fit into your air fryer.
